Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Shiva Line Android and iOS apps and website. By using the service you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

The Service

Shiva Line is a private service that lets approved users listen to live audio events through the Zoom Meeting SDK. It is available by invitation only. Administrators create and manage all accounts, and the events each account can open are decided by them. There is no public sign-up.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Your login is for you alone — do not share it.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• An account may be linked to one device; signing in from an unapproved device can lead to suspension.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Rules of Use

You must not:

• Share, sell or hand over your account to anyone else.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app.
• Run the app on a rooted or jailbroken device in a way that puts others' security at risk.
• Overload, disrupt or interfere with our servers or networks.
• Break any law while using the service.
• Record or pass on audio from a live event without the organiser's permission.

Zoom

Live audio is delivered using the Zoom Meeting SDK, so your use of it is also covered by Zoom's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Zoom's uptime, quality or data handling.

Ownership

The app, its software, name, logos and content belong to Shiva Line or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of it without written permission.

No Warranty and Limits on Liability

• The service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty.
• We cannot promise it will always be available or error-free; live events rely on Zoom and on your own internet connection.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending Your Access

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or an administrator deactivates your account. You may also ask us to delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Request Account Deletion) or on our deletion page. Requests are handled within 30 days, and your data is then dealt with as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute connected with them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms whenever needed. The revision date above shows the latest change, and continuing to use Shiva Line afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
